Registration for The Space Race is Open

We will have a limited number of slots available for RCCC members. There we will at least 4 slots available, but that number could grow if we do not fully fill the bonspiel with out-of-town teams. Any team with 3 or more club members will be considered a RCCC team.

The Space Race is only open to players with 5 or fewer years of experience (2020 does not count towards eligibility, click here for details). Teams can be made up of any combination of men and women.

In late January, we will have a drawing at the Bonspiel Committee meeting to select teams and create the waitlist. All RCCC team members must have a valid 2023 RCCC membership at the time of the drawing.

Teams not selected in the drawing will be added to the waitlist in case additional teams are needed.

Please note that all RCCC members participating in The Space Race are required to help staff the event. More information about the volunteer teams will be provided after the the team drawing.

We will probably also need individual players to complete Free Agent teams from out-of-town individual players, and to sub for players that can't play. Anybody on a registered team that did not make the drawing will be included on the list of available RCCC players.
