2026 Summer Leagues
The Rocket City Curling Club's 2026 summer leagues begin on Saturday, July 11. Team and free agent registration are open from June 13 (at noon) to June 28 (at 11:59 PM).
We're running two full-season leagues this summer, open to members of all skill levels. If you're looking for our summer Launch League, targeted towards first-time curlers, learn more over on our Launch League page!
Shenanigans League (Lead: Jo Ellen Smith)

Saturday evenings, 9 weeks from July 11 - September 19

Draws at 4:00 and 7:00 PM

Different themes (on and off the ice) each week

Fees: $600/team, $150/individual (or "free agent")
Structured League (Lead: Nick Tymkiw)

Sunday evenings, 9 weeks from July 12 - September 20

Draws at 6:00 and 7:30 PM

Balanced teams formed by the League Committee

Individual registration only (but can select a partner); fees are $150

Brooms, sliders, and other curling accessories are provided during league play. All league curlers must be members of the Rocket City Curling Club, and prior participation in a Learn to Curl is strongly recommended.
League registration is run through the Ice Sports Center's FinnlySport platform. Learn more about how to register for a FinnlySport account here.
If you're not quite ready to join the league, but you'd still like to get involved, we have plenty of other ways for you to participate.
League spectators are welcome anytime! Our rink is on the right-hand side when you enter the lobby of the Ice Sports Center.
